Zimowy ptaszek/ Winter bird - tutorial

Moja dzisiejsza inspiracja to uroczy zimowy obrazek na bazie Artistiko.

Hello. My today's inspiration is a lovely winter picture on the Artistiko base.

Tutorial krok po kroku/ Step by step tutorial:

Najtrudniejszy jest pierwszy krok - wybór serwetki z zimowym motywem (mamy ich wiele w sklepie).

The most difficult step is the first one - choosing a napkin with a winter theme (we have many in the shop).

 

 

Biorę bazę z MDF i białą farbę.

I take a MDF base and white paint.

Bazę maluję na biało za pomocą gąbki, aby uzyskać chropowatą fakturę.

I paint the base white with a sponge to create a rough texture.

Na środek bazy naklejam serwetkę za pomocą clear gesso (bo wsadziłam w dobre miejsce klej do decoupage).

In the middle of the base I glue a napkin using clear gesso. 

Sklejam bazę z ramką i naklejam motyw z serwetki na ramkę.

I join the base and a frame with glue. I put a napkin motive on the frame.

Dobieram farbę do tła, mieszam z farbą białą, by uzyskać różne odcienie beżu. W ten sposób wtapiam motywy w tło.

I pick paint to the background and mix it with the white paint to get diggerent beige tones. In this way melt motives into the background. 

Dodaję kolejną warstwę baiałej farby, następnie robię spękania za pomocą stempla i brązowego tuszu.

I add another layer of white paint and then make a crackle using a stamp and brown ink.

Dodaję białe chlapania.

I add white splashes.

Brzegi pokrywam woskiem w odpowiednim kolorze.

I cover the edges with wax in a matching colour.

Jeszcze tylko odrobina brokatu na gałązkach i gotowe!

Just a little bit more glitter on the twigs and winter picture is ready.
