Cabinet of Curiosites Science to piękna kolekcja Ciao Bella pełna starych rycin, tapet, biletów na papierach scrapowych, ryżowych, naklejkach i kalce. Są to tematy które zawsze mnie fascynowały, dlatego nie mogłam się oprzeć zakupowi tej kolekcji. Wykorzystałam ją do ozdobienia starego pudełka, nieco sfatygowanego ale tu nadawało się idealnie. Połączyłam tu papier scrapowy i naklejki, które są na matowej folii wiec pięknie łączą się z tłem. Wykorzystałam też foliowe naklejki Scraplove. Aby naklejki wtopiły się w papier na całość nałożyłam kilka warstw matowego lakieru. Foliowe naklejki świetnie wyglądają też położone bezpośrednio na drewno, dają wtedy efekt stempla. Mam nadzieję, że zainspiruje was do takiego rodzaju prac.

Cabinet of Curiosites Science is a beautiful collection by Ciao Bella full of vintage engravings, wallpapers, tickets on scrap paper, rice paper, stickers and tracing paper. These are themes that have always fascinated me so I couldn't resist buying this collection. I used it to decorate an old box, a bit shabby but perfect for this project. I used a combination of scrapbooking paper and stickers that are on frosted foil so they blend in beautifully with the background. I also used Scraplove foil stickers. To make the stickers blend in with the paper, I applied several coats of matt varnish over the whole thing. The foil stickers also look great directly on the wood, giving a stepmould effect. I hope to inspire you to do this kind of work

Dziś mam dla Was coś wyjątkowego – ozdobną ramkę z motywem motyla, idealną jako dekoracja z przesłaniem "możesz to zrobić"

Tym razem postawiłam na solidną bazę HDF i przepiękny papier ryżowy z motylem od Scraplove, który nadał całości delikatności i symbolicznego przekazu. Napis "możesz to zrobić" to foliowa naklejka, również od Scraplove – mała rzecz, a robi ogromne wrażenie! Kwiaty wycięłam z arkusza Alchemy of Art, a całość dopełniły dodatki papierowe od Simple Stories. Ramkę pomalowałam czarnym gesso, następnie przez maskę nałożyłam heavy body gel, a na koniec wszystko wykończyłam woskiem od Finnabair, co dodało strukturze głębi i subtelnego połysku. Uwielbiam takie połączenia faktur i klimatów – trochę magii, trochę vintage, a wszystko w stylu retro.

Today I have something special for you - a decorative frame with a butterfly motif, perfect as a decoration with the message “you can do it”.

This time I relied on a solid HDF base and beautiful butterfly rice paper from Scraplove, which gave the whole thing a delicate and symbolic message. The inscription “you can do it” is a foil sticker, also from Scraplove - a small thing, and it makes a huge impression! I cut the flowers from the Alchemy of Art sheet, and the whole thing was completed with paper accessories from Simple Stories. I painted the frame with black gesso, then applied heavy body gel through the mask, and finally finished everything with wax from Finnabair, which added depth and subtle shine to the texture. I love such combinations of textures and atmospheres - a little magic, a little vintage, and all in a retro style.

Hej, 

Moja dzisiejsza kartka powstała na podwójną 70-tkę. 

Kolekcja Paint Your Life idealnie łączy kolorystykę trochę męską i trochę kobiecą. 

Zrobiłam dość przestrzenną kartkę z warstwami liści i kwiatów. 

Cała kompozycja zbudowana jest na kostkach dystansowych.

The Paint Your Life collection perfectly combines a bit masculine and feminine colors.

I made a fairly dimensional card with layers of leaves and flowers.

The entire composition is built on 3D foam.
